The newly opened observation deck at the top of the Marjan Split forest park
The city of Split has gained a new attraction, a 19-meter-high observation tower located at the top of the Marjan Forest Park.
Is it going to be open for the public?
The observation tower was built on the site of the old one, and park rangers will be on duty there around the clock. It will also be open to the public.
What was the cost of this beauty?
Cost of this beauty was around 1,3m euro’s. European union sub-financed this project.
How to get there?
An electric bus has been acquired to transport visitors from the Marjan Forest Park Visitor Center to the observation tower. Additionally, people with disabilities will be able to access the tower in their own vehicles, accompanied by a guide, with prior notice
